As every farmer knows, chemical fertilizers are easy to burn with. All chemical based products of AG420 undergo a process of nano-digestion. This proprietary digestion process uses nano-reduction as a form of degradation. Time changes all things, and so, you can see that even a synthetic derived compound is built of layers like the ring of a tree. As you peel off these layers, you go back into the time of origination. By doing so, we can take a synthetic compound and manipulate its form back to an original state; organic state. Because all molecules are organic by nature, it is only the structures of these molecules that can be considered synthetic. This is a difficult concept to digest if one is bias to chemical fertilizers. Take into consideration that all chemical and organic compounds have extreme energy outputs and impact the environment upon harvest/extraction.
All AG420 synthetics undergo multi-layered nano coatings derived from silica, alcohol esters, and sugar-based surfactants(C-4 grade). All processes attain threshold limits for activation of the colloidal micelle (THE workhorse in nanotechnology). Using heat, pressure, and the sunlight AG420 can activate the micelle so it may perform all tasks at hand (molecular manipulation). Upon activation, we bond a multi-layered colloidal coating to the structure of the chemical, transforming the nutrient into a repellant-state. The nano coating puts the nutrient into a hydrophobic and “nutri-phobic” nature, creating resistance to both water and mineral salts.
The chemical is also degraded of impurities using fatty acids and extreme pressure. As the colloidal micelle enters a “cool-down” state in the process, the fatty acids of the micelle are pressed into the nutrient as a result of pressure. The fatty acids take effect on the nutrient. The result benefits the nutrient by relieving impurities, increasing grade value, and advancing its ability to perform.
All this is done so nutrient burn and nutrient leaching is virtually impossible to accomplish. We have selected a handful of agricultural chemicals to take through this purification process.
